I received this Yacon Syrup from Life & Food, and was curious if was as good as some people claimed it would be. I have to say, it is good in small quantities. It has the color ans taste of molasses, but the consistency is thinner.
I used it on my oatmeal, and in my plain Greek yogurt, and it was good. I can see using it in my baking recipes that call for molasses.
