I have tried a variety of supplements geared towards weight loss, everything from Garcinia Cambogia, to Raspberry Keytones, and while the weight hasn't just magically disappeared, both products have been successful in suppressing my appetite.
One brand in particular has a line of weight loss pills, that seemed to do better than the rest. Xium, had been consistent in providing weight loss supplements that not only do what they claim (suppress appetite), but are also easy to consume, due to the size of the capsules.
So, when Xium asked my to review another one of their supplements, Green Coffee Bean, I was happy to oblige. The dosage for this particular supplement, is 2 capsules with water up to 2 times a day. I followed this dosing schedule for 30 days, and found that, while I still wasn't magically dropping tons of weight (that just isn't possible) I was successful in dropping a few pounds, however, as most of you know, when ever I take these supplements I continue to eat healthy whole foods, and exercise.
In my opinion, there is no magic pill, but there is hard work, consistent diet, and a boost when you need it. Green Coffee Beans are that boost.
I can honestly say that I didn't have any funky side effects...no headaches, no dizziness, no mood swings. I did however, have more energy, and as mentioned before, was able to drop a pound or two WITH diet, exercise, and this boost.
