There are so many delicious recipes in this book, totaling 100 recipes. So many recipes, that are so flavorful and rich, that you wont even miss the meat! There is a recipes in this book for any occasion, and you are sure to wow any guest that you cook for.
I made a few of these recipes with my kids, and their absolute favorite was the warm peanut butter and banana sandwich...they didn't think it would be good, but they loved it, and it is now part of their weekend lunchtime routine.
My personal favorites were the Sage Gnocchi, and the spiced sauteed mushrooms, which I actually made together, and it was one of the best dinners that I have had in a long time!
