I have been trying to take better care of myself, eat right, exercise, and monitor more than just my weight. After all, you body can make great changes, without shedding a single pound. I was more than excited when I found out that I was going to get to test out an amazing scale, that would tell me more about my body, than just how much I weighed. I love this scale, it has told me more about my body, and it has helped me focus on and make the changes that I needed the most. Now, I haven't quite reached the point where I am comfortable sharing my actual weight with you all, but I have seen some excellent changes in my body.
I can now successfully monitor my body fat percentage, which is more important to me, than my overall weight.

You can set you height and age, then it takes you weight for the first time, as well as your percentages. Then, all you have to do, is pick your profile, and you can monitor everything. Its perfect!
This really is a great scale, the only change I would like to see, is being able to lower the age even more, than to 10, as my children are younger. However, as it sits now, I can still monitor their weight, which is just fine by me.
