If your kids are anything like mine, then they love to draw and color, about as much as they love using the computer. My kids are addicted to learning sites like ABCMouse.com, and they love painting and coloring online, as much as they do in their coloring books.
So, I was more than thrilled when I was given the chance to review this Painting Lulu program, it comes with a real life coloring book, an online coloring app, and a coloring stylus that looks like a giant crayon. Do my kids love it already? check, check, and check!
I really like this coloring book, and app, because there is a lesson in it. Meet Lulu, introduces the kids to Lulu and her friends, all of whom are recyclable products. Throughout this coloring book, the kids learn about recycling, and it sets them up for extra lessons on being environmentally responsible.
In our house, we took the opportunity to find things in our house that could be recycled. If it could be reused in some way, we washed it out, and used it for a project. If it couldn't be reused, we put it in the recycling bin. Just as the book shows them!
What made this coloring book even more fun, was that after coloring the real life book, we could scan the QR code that was at the top of the page, and the kids could color more, using their crayon shaped stylus. They absolutely loved this book, and they can color over and over again in the online coloring book.
I definitely recommend this coloring set to anyone with kiddos, and you can find Painting Lulu on Amazon for $9.99 down from $15.99 (38% savings).
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
