Have you ever felt like your entire life was one big lie? That nothing was really as it seemed, and that everyone and everything that you know is somehow a part of it? Then you have to read this book, The Rainy Day Man, by Amnon Jackont.
The book starts out with the main character talking about his own funeral, odd I know, until you realize that he is a spy, and the funeral is for his alias.
Danny (the main character) is headed to Tel Aviv, his mission is to collect data, but along the way falls head long into a web of lies, and as he struggles to gain control of his life, he has to come face to face with his true identity.
This book has you on the edge of your seat from the very start, and the twists and turns in the plot, keep you there. It was very easy to imagine yourself in this mans position, discovering that the people in your life can't be trusted, and you have no idea what is really going on.
Amnon Jackont, is a great writer, I love how the story flowed, and how I was waiting for the next twist in the plot. I will definitely be reading more from this author. If you want to read a good spy/espionage thriller, you can find The Rainy Day Man on Amazon for $3.21 (Kindle), and $13.55 (Paperback).
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
