That wonderful moment when you and your love decide to have kids, can easily be derailed when conception does not come easy. Thankfully Easy @ Home Medical LLC, has made it a little easier, by creating a combo set of ovulation and pregnancy tests, that will help you track your ovulation periods, from the comfort of your own home.
These ovulation and pregnancy tests are very easy to use, and over 99.8% accurate. For the ovulation tests, you want to start testing on the 11th day after the start of your period. This time frame will be different if your cycle is shorter or longer than the normal 28 days.
To do the test, both the sample and the test strip have to be at room temperature; you will submerge the test strip up to the max line marker, for 3 seconds, then lay the strip on a flat, non-absorbent surface for 5 minutes.
You will perform one test everyday, over a 5 day period, or until the LH is detected, you will know that there is a LH surge, when two lines appear on the test strip. Once the LH is detected, ovulation will occur within 24-48 hours.
Once you have ovulated, and believe that you have conceived, then you can start using the pregnancy strips.
The pregnancy tests are to be done in the exact same manner as the ovulation tests. These pregnancy strips can detectlevels of HCG as low as 25 mIU/ml.
My husband and I decided that we wanted to have at the very least, one more child. Wanting to stick with the 4 year age difference in our kids, it was about time for us to start TTC (Trying To Conceive). It wasn't long after we had made that decision, that I was given the chance to test and review this set.
These are so incredibly easy to use, and I like that I can monitor my fertile days. I will be excited to update you all once we reach the pregnancy strips part of this duo!
In the meantime, if you, or someone you know is TTC, then head on over to Amazon, where you can get these Easy@Home branded Ovulation (LH) and Pregnancy (HCG) Tests, for $21.99 down from $27.95 (21% savings). That is a great price, considering that you are getting 50 ovulation tests, and 20 pregnancy tests...the dollar store can't even compete with that price!
