My husband and I work out a lot, and we use a variety of equipment; weight bench, squat rack, weight machine, dumbbells, treadmill, etc. However, we both have experienced times where our bodies are injured and we can't use one our regular methods of training. So we have to do body weight exercises, and what most people fail to realize, is that, if done right, body weight exercises can kick your body into high gear.

About the games:

Created by military fitness expert and scientist Sergeant Michael Volkin and used by the US Army in Iraq, Quick Sweat Dice and Strength Stack 52, were scientifically designed for achieving elite fitness anywhere with no equipment in the most efficient way possible.

Both the Dice and the Cards are a body weight exercise games.  Play the games; get a great workout.  You will never do the same workout twice.  No more boredom.  The variety maximizes muscle confusion and increases strength gains.  Most importantly, it’s fun and motivating.

Games can be played in as little as 5 minutes.  If you can find 5 minutes a day, you can be fit, lean, and strong.  Play by yourself or play with your friends and family.  Challenge and motivate each other.  Get fit and strong together.

You control the difficulty and the exercises are easy to learn.

My opinion:

I think these are two fantastic ways to get in shape, but even more so, it is a great way to get your family in shape. The dice game is easy to adjust based on fitness level, and the card games tell you what fitness level each workout is geared towards. This has been a great way to get my son involved, because we have made working out a game. I let him toss the dice, then we take turns doing the workouts. Slowly, we will start building up his fitness level, until he can handle doing the workouts as they are intended to be done.

The dice game is really easy to get the hang of, for this roll I would do 4 reps of each of the exercises on the dice, and I would get 1 point for each rep. Visit the Stack 52 website for more ways to use this game.

The card game can be played a variety of way, based on number of players, and fitness levels. The workouts are explained on each card, color coded based on which muscle group they will be working, and each card has a QR scan that will show you exactly how to do each workout.

I am really impressed by the level of workouts in both the dice game, and the strength stack, and intend to incorporate them into my weekly workout routine.

You can find both the Quick Sweat Workout Dice, and the Strength Stack 52 Tri Pack on Amazon.
