I have worked out for a long time, and I am usually doing some type of weightlifting or cardio session, but I also like to give my body a break from the heavy lifting, and attack on my joints, but scheduling yoga sessions. Some are more intense than others, but they always leave me feeling wonderful.
My biggest problem was slipping during a move, because although I have a great yoga mat, I didn't have any footwear.
