There is one thing about childhood, that I think most people can remember, and that is tearing into a brand new box of crayons, and settling down to color in your new coloring book.

Fast forward to now, and there is still something very comforting about a brand new box of crayons and a new coloring book...but, do we sit down with our kids coloring books? Once upon a time, yes, but now, there are adult coloring books. Books with detail, books that a stress relieving, and calming.

Recently, I was able to check out this new Dogs Art Coloring Book, from Ally Nathaniel, and I am impressed. It is filled with 30 hand drawn pictures of popular dog breeds. Each picture has a lot of detail, and some are so detailed, that you might want to pull out a magnifying glass, so you don't miss any of it!

I have not been feeling well lately, due to the dreaded morning sickness, that comes along with bringing a new life into the world, so I have spent a lot of time in the bed. One way I have passed the time, is by coloring...it has made me feel better, and has helped take my mind of that dreaded feeling.

Just look at some of the beautiful pictures!

Each of the gorgeous pictures is illustrated by Syuzan Melikyan, each design is different from the next, and there is a smaller illustration on the back of each page, for even more coloring fun!

If you are ready to get your color on, and relax a little in the process, then head on over to Amazon, and grab the Dogs Art Coloring Book!
