I am a lover of gingerbread, as it reminds me of the traditional cookie day, that we had with my grandmother while growing up. I love the subtle sweetness of the cookie, so I was thrilled to find out that my favorite little cookie man, was also a coffee!
While this coffee is brewing, you can smell it in the air, and if you didn't know any better, you might think that a fresh batch of gingerbread was about to come out of the oven. The flavor of the coffee is a more subtle, with just a hint of ginger and brown sugar flavors. Definitely a great coffee to go along with its cookie counterpart!
