One of my favorite end of summer, beginning of fall, traditions, is going to the carnival that is sure to swing into town. There is so much to enjoy at the carnival...games, rides, food, and the squeals of joy that are sure to be coming from your kids.
One thing I really love about the carnival, is finding the booth that has the different candies. I have always been fond of salted caramels, as there is just something about that sweet creamy taste, with a hint of salt, that makes me happy.

The other thing I love about the carnival, is that it signals that cooler weather is on its way...hot cocoa weather! So, imagine my delight when I discovered that my favorite coffee company, also carried an amazing hot cocoa, rightfully named Carnival Hot Cocoa! Thats right, Brooklyn Bean Roastery has once again combined all the goodness of carnival season, into a warm cup of goodness!
