- 1 can pumpkin purée
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds, ground
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Delicious whole ingredients, and you can take it a step further by using organic ingredients. You really do have to get this book, and I will be sharing these recipes throughout the year with my dad, who is vegan. Since these recipes aren't traditional, they can easily be used throughout the year, to spice up any menu. I look forward to cooking more out of this book, especially with Easter coming because there are some GREAT recipes in that section!
